Why This Position Is Different
Most cleaning jobs pay the same flat rate no matter how good you are. Ours doesn't.
Every cleaner on our team averaged over $20/hr in Q3 2026. Our $15/hr guaranteed base alone matches the local average for house cleaners — and that's before performance pay is added.
This is a W2 employee position — not 1099, not a gig, not a contract role. We provide your uniform, all cleaning supplies, and paid training. You bring your work ethic. We handle the rest.

Our Service Area
As a solo cleaner, you'll travel directly to client homes across Lebanon, PA and surrounding areas. If hired, you'll be expected to travel within our service area (shown below) using your own reliable vehicle — mileage between jobs is reimbursed on top of your hourly pay.
We plan your routes to be efficient. Your jobs each day are grouped in one area, so you stay close to where you start rather than driving back and forth across the region. Mileage between jobs is reimbursed on top of your hourly pay.
